Chocolate can give us Love advice!

"Everything great lasts long enough to be unforgettable"

Who knew chocolate would come with these little pieces of wisdom that make so much sense, huh? I'm sitting here with my daughter, who's asleep on her "boppy pillow", placed around my waist. I try to do this at least once a day, and I call it super multi-tasking: I breastfeed her, she falls asleep, we bond tremendously, I have a cup of tea, go online, eat a "late-morning treat", and watch TV (or a DVD) all at once (don't ask me what happens if I need to get up, though...).

My parents and my sister were here last week. It was awesome. As a tradition already, they always bring us these delicious Brazilian chocolate bonbons called "Serenata de Amor", love serenade in English. I've been eating these since I was a little girl, and while chocolate connoisseurs could strongly argue this is not the highest quality around, it's simply delicious to me. It's a chocolate bonbon with sweet, creamy cashew nuts filling.

So, when you open it, they have these great love lessons written inside the packaging. In addition to the one I wrote above, check out this one, and see how true it is:

"To love is not to conquer the other in order to complete yourself, but to give yourself to the other so you can be complete"
